Gregg Kovacs was a Canadian bodybuilder who was known for his massive size and strength. He was born on August 23, 1968, in Niagara Falls, Ontario and started lifting weights at the age of 15. Kovacs stood at 6’4” and weighed over 400 pounds during his competitive years.
Kovacs competed in various bodybuilding competitions, including the Mr. Olympia contest, and won several titles throughout his career. He was known for his impressive feats of strength, including deadlifting over 800 pounds, bench pressing over 600 pounds, and squatting over 900 pounds.
Unfortunately, Kovacs passed away at the age of 44 on November 22, 2013, due to complications from heart disease. He left behind a legacy in the bodybuilding community as one of the biggest and strongest athletes to ever grace the stage.
